Returns & Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive correctly and in full condition. This page explains your cancellation rights and how returns and refunds work.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, for a full refund. To exercise this right, contact us within that period.

Condition required for a return

Because our products are research materials supplied with intact batch and integrity controls, items can only be accepted for return if:

• the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and seal;
• the batch and labelling are fully intact; and
• you contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return.

Once a seal has been opened, we’re unable to accept a return on safety and integrity grounds — this doesn’t affect your right to a refund if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty (see below).

Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable — this right is not affected by the “unopened” condition above.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item (or confirm a damaged/incorrect item without requiring its return), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Order cancellations before dispatch

If you need to cancel or change an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate the request, though we can’t guarantee a change once an order is already being prepared for shipment.
