Shipping Policy

Dispatch times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Dispatch times may be longer during periods of high demand or for items requiring additional quality checks — we’ll let you know if there’s a significant delay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. We may offer shipping to other countries in future, once our fulfilment, customer support, and compliance processes have matured to support it reliably — this page will be updated if and when that changes.

Delivery estimates

We do not quote a delivery date or a delivery window at checkout, and we would rather say so than show you an estimate we cannot stand behind. What we commit to is the dispatch time above. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the remaining transit time is theirs and not ours, and we will not present it as a promise. Your tracking reference is the live answer — and if an order has not arrived within a reasonable time of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Shipping costs

A single flat UK delivery rate applies to every order, whatever it contains and wherever in the UK it is going — there is no carrier or service level to choose between at checkout. The rate that applies to your order is shown in your order summary, before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking reference. You can check the status of your order at any time using our order tracking page — no account needed, just your order number and the email you ordered with.

Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly and securely to protect the integrity of the material in transit, in line with our Laboratory Quality Centre commitments to batch traceability.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
