These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with PepBioHack (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Who you are contracting with

Our registered company details — company registration number and registered office address — are not yet published on this website. We will not display details we have not verified. If you need them before placing an order, contact us and we will provide them directly. No VAT is currently added to orders and no VAT number is displayed; if that changes, this page and your order totals will show it.

Research use only

Every product on this website is sold strictly for laboratory and research use. By ordering, you agree to and are bound by our Research Use Only Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to order from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your intended use is consistent with our Research Use Only Policy.

Product information and pricing

We take care to describe products, specifications, and batch data accurately, including publishing independent Certificates of Analysis where available. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel an affected order with a full refund if this occurs.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably believe the order is not for legitimate research purposes.

Payment

Payment is required in full before an order is dispatched, using the payment method offered at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we do not store your full payment card details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of a product outside its stated research purpose, from use inconsistent with our Research Use Only Policy, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the time you place an order.
