Research overview

BPC-157 is one of the most extensively studied research peptides for soft-tissue and gastrointestinal research, with laboratory studies examining its effects on angiogenesis, nitric oxide signalling, and growth factor receptor modulation.

Mechanism

Modulation of nitric oxide signalling pathways, growth factor receptor expression (including VEGFR2), and cytoprotective/angiogenic signalling cascades.

Research applications

Soft-tissue repair research, gastrointestinal protection studies, angiogenesis and wound-healing pathway research.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilised at -20C, protected from light. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8C and use within the timeframe stated on the Certificate of Analysis.

Solubility: Soluble in bacteriostatic water or 0.9% sodium chloride

Stability: Stable for extended periods when stored lyophilised at -20C and protected from light, consistent with standard handling for research peptides of this class. Once reconstituted, stability decreases significantly — store at 2-8C and use within the timeframe stated on the Certificate of Analysis.

Batches & documentation

Every released batch is listed here with its own Certificate of Analysis, its testing and review dates, and its current status — permanently, including after it sells out. This compound has no released batch yet, so the list is empty rather than provisional.
